Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Support colleagues and customers, and review and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Presentations: Present product demonstrations and technical content to customers.
- Sales Proposals: Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication.
- Product Knowledge: Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and determine solutions to customer challenges.
- Technical Handover: Participate in the technical handover of sales to the relevant project team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator, or PMP.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of competitive analysis and market research techniques.
- Good understanding of information security and privacy principles related to organizational and confidential data, including data classification, masking, retention, destruction, and access control.
- Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to apply basic security controls are a plus.
