Responsibilities

• Designing and Implementing: Designing and deploying infrastructure blueprints based on business needs. Designing and implementing network infrastructures.
• Monitoring and Maintaining: Monitoring system performance and capacity, and providing status reports. Performing data backup, disaster recovery backup, and data migration.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure engineering and operations. Diagnosing and analyzing fault problems.
• Analyzing and Reporting: Analyzing reports to identify trends and opportunities for process and technology enhancements.
• Providing Recommendations: Developing and presenting recommendations and options to leadership.
• Managing Projects: Overseeing programs and projects, and leading infrastructure specialist teams.
• Staying Up to Date: Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
• Good understanding of information security and privacy principles related to organizational and confidential data, including data classification, masking, retention, destruction, and access control.
• Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to apply basic security controls are a plus.
