• Connecting to the Peoplesoft system
• Understanding Peoplesoft’s data definitions, data relationships and dependencies
• Analyze your instance for any customizations that would effect the retirement process
• Setup the Opentext InfoArchive retirement repository for both the structured and unstructured data, maintain those entity/relationships and validate the chain of custody.
• Extract the information in a scalable and multi-threaded fashion to balance performance and network capability.
• Automatically setup any default Peoplesoft reports currently used by people so they are available in the new archive.
• Wizard based setup of ad-hoc queries and reports to allow the data to be searchable and reporting on in new ways.
