Role Overview
We seek a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts. This role bridges the gap between our product team and sales, focusing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored for enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, enabling sales success, and driving the adoption of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing products tailored for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Define and track metrics for launch success, such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
- Create compelling and differentiated product positioning tailored to various B2B audience personas.
- Develop key messaging frameworks and ensure consistent application across all marketing and sales assets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and industry opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings to inform product differentiation and pricing strategies.
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, white papers, battle cards, case studies, and product comparisons.
- Train sales teams on messaging, product value propositions, and objection-handling techniques.
- Partner with customer success teams to gather testimonials, case studies, and insights into product usage.
- Leverage customer feedback to refine messaging and drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce thought leadership pieces, webinars, blog posts, and email campaigns tailored to B2B audiences.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate deal closure.
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align on strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to influence product roadmap decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise buyer personas, and SaaS business models.
- Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies and enabling sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
