Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements for website optimization and develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Optimize website structure, content, and on-page elements for search engines and users.
• Build and execute a strong backlink strategy to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content.
• Build and execute comprehensive strategies for on-page and off-page SEO implementation, including gaining guest authors and content syndication.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and address issues like site speed, crawl errors, and indexing.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Track, measure, and report on SEO KPIs, including traffic, rankings, and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SEO with a focus on both technical and content optimization.
• Expertise in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to perform comprehensive technical audits and implement solutions.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, or similar.
• Knowledge of B2B content marketing and optimization (preferred).
• Basic understanding of information security and privacy principles related to organizational and confidential data, including data classification, masking, retention, destruction, and access control.
• Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to apply basic security controls is a plus.
