Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries.
- Ensure partners are effectively trained and supported to promote our
products/services.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with partners to define and execute joint sales strategies and initiatives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through channel partner engagement.
- Identify and develop new partner opportunities to expand the partner network.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring that partners are aligned with sales
objectives. - To drive sales success, provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to partners.
Market Analysis & Feedback:
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather feedback from partners to improve products, services, and the overall partner
experience.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist partners in developing promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
- Work with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing assets and lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
