Key Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries.
  • Ensure partners are effectively trained and supported to promote our
    products/services.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with partners to define and execute joint sales strategies and initiatives.
  •  Meet and exceed sales targets through channel partner engagement.
  • Identify and develop new partner opportunities to expand the partner network.
  •  Performance Monitoring:
  •  Track and report on sales performance, ensuring that partners are aligned with sales
    objectives.
  • To drive sales success, provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to partners.

Market Analysis & Feedback:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from partners to improve products, services, and the overall partner
    experience.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Assist partners in developing promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Work with the marketing team to create co-branded marketing assets and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
