Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Define and implement delivery frameworks and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, and other relevant methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectations management, and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Manage risks effectively by identifying potential challenges, mitigating them proactively, and developing contingency plans.
• Continuously track project performance, milestones, and deliverables, and report updates to leadership regularly.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous process improvements for delivery excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and professional growth.
• Handle resource allocation, workload balancing, and team engagement for optimal productivity.

Required Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. A Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in delivery management or project management within IT product-based companies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and IT product development processes.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking systems.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and distributed teams effectively.
• Experience in client communication and stakeholder management, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
