About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven LinkedIn Profile Manager to handle the professional LinkedIn presence of 3-4 C-level executives. This role will focus on building thought leadership, increasing engagement, generating leads, attracting venture capital interest, and expanding their professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the LinkedIn profiles of 3-4 C-level executives to establish thought leadership and achieve recognition such as the Top Voice badge.
- Create and maintain consistent, high-quality, personalized LinkedIn content in collaboration with the content and design teams.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain engagement and build relationships with the audience.
- Strategically grow followers and connections, focusing on prospects, venture capitalists, event organizers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with event organizers to secure speaking opportunities for executives.
- Maintain a database of connections, engagement history, and follow-up actions for each executive.
- Customize messaging and outreach strategies tailored to individual connections and engagement history, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics, including follower growth and content performance.
- Work closely with executives to ensure their personal voice and tone are reflected in all LinkedIn activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of LinkedIn strategies and campaigns.
- Actively identify and engage with trends and relevant topics to enhance profiles’ visibility and impact.
Pre-Requisites
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing LinkedIn profiles for C-level executives or thought leaders.
- Proven success in increasing LinkedIn engagement, followers, and lead generation.
- Experience helping executives achieve industry recognition such as the Top Voice badge is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Expertise in customizing messages and outreach strategies based on connection history and relationship dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple profiles, databases, and engagements effectively.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives, design, and content teams to deliver impactful results.
